Refund and Return Policy

4Get Me Not will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of original order. Items must be returned with all 4Get Me Not tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as box, jewellery box or gift bag. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange earrings and hair accessories for hygiene reasons.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE – will be processed upon approval. Please note if you have changed your mind about your item. Shipping will be paid for by the customer to return and receive new item. Once we have received your order and has been approved we will notify you so you can place a new order online if its an Exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS – Inspect your orders carefully upon arrival. If item is damaged or if you have received an incorrect item. Please contact us as soon as possible via email 4getmenot@4getmenot.net.au so we can assist you with your order promptly.

REFUND – You are entitled to a refund for items you purchased from 4Get Me Not if the item is:

  • Faulty and the fault was not of the customer.
  • Not of “good quality” meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased the item, bearing in mind the way the item was described online before your purchase and also the price of the item.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item 4Get ME Not would happily exchange it upon your request. Please note custom made items cannot be returned as we will not be able to re-sell these items.
